WHERE WE STARTED

In 2007, Chattanooga-native Darlene Brown decided Chattanooga was missing something – a locally-owned, woman-led real estate brokerage. Real Estate Partners Chattanooga LLC was born in a small Downtown Chattanooga office with only seven real estate agents and quickly saw success serving clients across the Greater Chattanooga Area. Serving a growing number of clients and leading development of many of Chattanooga’s new developments, the company moved to a 5,000 sq. ft. office off of the popular Main Street in Downtown. Soon after, the company opened a second office - ‘East’ - and then the third office on Signal Mountain. In 2021, we opened a new East Office and expanded the Signal Mountain Office.
